Great gym, quite cruisy, very quiet toilets with roomy cubicles... Also, separate sun-bed room which locks and it doesn't look odd for two guys to come out of there- just a bit of male bonding...also sauna and very steamy steam-room.

- Hours:Opens early, closes late- busiest at evenings and at lunch-times.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Whenever you walk through you can see people looking at you, just catch their eye. Sauna and steam room are probably crusiest and if something starts in there you can always go back out through the changing rooms to the loo.
- Nudity / Policy:Obviously it's a straight gym so you can't be obviously shagging, but with a bit of discretion it's easy to get your end away without causing offence.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is a lift, but this is a gym.
- Warnings:Don't do anything daft and risk spoiling this...
