Full service health club. They provide towels (both bath and catching - I mean sweat) towels. Aerobics and yoga, racquetball and weight lifting.
Crowd: Business men, married men, young bodybuilders.
Facilities: Shower stalls with curtains. Guys mostly don't pull the curtains shut. Sauna and Steam room. Steam room has been recently changed to only have one light, so it is a bit dark for cruising.

They are located on a side street off Land Blvd. It is a short walk from the Kendall T Stop as well. If going by car, there is a paid parking lot next to the building.

Best times: 11-1:30 Weekdays, 6-9 Weekdays - Cruising Info/ Tips:The club is in transition. There are usually 1 or 2 guys who are interested there. The building is under construction which has cut down on the traffic. But the good news is that there is now privacy to play.
Cruisiest Spots: Steam room, Sauna. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Elevator is available.
- Warnings:I have never seen any real problems at this club. Not an overtly gay club, and more Str8's than gay guys, but that makes finding a playmate that much more fun.
