Fourth flr washrooms are popular for us cruisers. The office building has several occupants (Study, Amazon, Workplace, Starbucks, etc.) It's absolutely not simply study workers. This connection place is really active and attracts all kinds of people.

Mornings and lunchtime. Building is closed after work hours. Lots of lunchtime traffic.Lunchtime.
