LA Fitness Members Only in this gym, its a very well equipped gym with a full size pool, sauna and jacuzzi. The place to be is in the changing rooms and showers. Lots of guys about.

- Directions:Right next to Colchester North Station.
- Hours:Best times are probably earlier and later in the day for fun in the showers, but for eyeing guys its between 1600-2200.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Cruisiest Spot has to be the lockers nearest the showers and the showers themselves. Eye up a guy and then go into the showers, leave your curtain half open or fully if you're really bold.
- Nudity / Policy:Go free, but not whilst you're eyeing someone, especially if they're str8
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No facilities for the disabled as the actual gym is upstairs.
- Warnings:Be careful, the staff use these changing rooms too and also a lot of straight guys do.
