They've partitioned access to the trails on the one side of the lake where the angling generally is. The primary side where one could trek all the tracks that went fairly a back. I'm unsure if there are any routes on the opposite side where there is a tiny parking area for fishermen. Or what the routes at the various other major park resemble. However the ones that made use of to be preferred for travelling have now been enclosed because of construction of the 295 loophole around the city.

Beside the Lake on Rim Road just off old Raeford Rd. To get to the park there is a gate entrance just up from the fishing pier next to the lake. To go to trails it is in the parking lot next to the lake itself.

- Pretty simple just pull up next to guys jerking off in their vehicles in the lake parking lot or go to the bottom park parking lot next to the soccer field and go to the restrooms. The cruisiest locations are : restrooms in the park and the trails next to the lake.
