Villa Venice is a very nicely appointed guesthouse/resort -- exclusively for gay men. It's close to the beach but the pool and grounds are so nice you might never see the ocean.

Villa Venice is three blocks West of A1A and the beach -- near the corner of Terramar St and Orton Ave.

Hours:Villa Venice is open every day of the year.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Meet guys around the pool and on the grounds. All kinds and ages of guys go here. Most are friendly. There are a mix of couples and singles. It's easy to meet guys and hook up here. Happy hour and around the pool are the best places to meet.
Nudity / Policy:Clothing optional throughout the grounds. There's some groping and fooling around in the pool but no in the open, really, although there is some action by the pool and hot tub after dark. Most guys hook up in the guest rooms.
Wheelchair Accessible:No / There are a lot of steps, making Villa Venice not really handicap accessible.
Warnings:None really. A bit pricey, perhaps, but a very nice place to stay and meet other gay men.
