cruiser update: The Sauna is no longer available but the steam room is the best in the area. Great gym, lots of amenities. Weekdays and mornings is a nice older (35-60) group. Nice guys, discrete & very "friendly".--Generally nice sized gym with three floors (weights, nautilus and cardio). Decent locker room, plenty of good viewing angles of showers. Sauna and steam room discreet enough for light play. Staff located upstairs and through some doors, and never really seem to check the lockerrooms.
Crowd: Good mix of guys, although a lot of older trolls seem to hang around. Good group of hot, build men and some younger guys. Esp good during college breaks with lots of college aged guys working out.

Take I-87 (Northway) to exit 19, continue straight past mall and through huge intersection. Two lights later, look for Glenwood Avenue on left. Take Glenwood Avenue to Adirondack Nautilus (right side)

Best times: Early morning crowd, mid afternoon before High School let out, after dinner and late evening (on week days) - Cruising Info/ Tips:Gang showers, sauna and steam room. All good places to meet guys, have a little action, but mostly take it back to his place.
