A1 Southbound between Start-end of A1M and A14

Heading South- As you leave the A1M before the A14 junction the pull in can be ssen on the left. There is a cafe advertised (static cabin).

Heading North - From the A14 junction head north on the A1. You will see a small pull in on the left. Pass this and use the next junction to leave the A1M, use the bridge to join on the other side heading south.

• Hours:All day every day. Lots of trucks park up at night, but daytime is restrictively quiet except for cruisers
• Cruising Info/ Tips:Go to the end of the (very) long layby - there is a wooded area between you and the A1M. Go to the very end of the layby (its about a quarter of a mile long!) and stop just before joining back onto the A1M. Park up on the left. There are two main areas used for fun here. On the left is a bridge that crossed a small river onto some fields. The bushes on the right as your cross the bridge are popular, but not as popular as the small wooded area to the right of the parking area. There are two entrances to the wood on the right (fairly obvious). The woods run for most of the length of the layby, and are shielded from teh A1M from the trees and sheltered from the layby by a huge bank.

• Warnings:None, other than evening tend to be more parked up truckers leaving like space for parking, but the daytime more than makes up for this
