Hotel Pennsylvania

This bathroom is mostly locked and you need a room key to get in. It is also routinely patrolled by police. This is a huge restroom located at the basement of the hotel. There's a Men's room ( open door )on the 14th floor, two sets of urinals ( one in back near the stalls is more private- the front door was open but had a little cock show with a bud.
