Highway 6 Rest area

Small rest stop with bathrooms and picnic area. Open 24/7 between April and November. Backs to a large wooded area and state game lands. Has a care taker during daylight hours, however after dusk its ever man for themselves.

Traveling East on US 6, from Mansfield approximately 6 miles from the University, rest stop will be on the left. Small parking area for about 5 or 6 cars.

- Hours:From usually 8PM to 6AM
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Pull in and park, look for others cruising either in their cars or walking around the picnic area. Check out the bathrooms or trails into the woods. Plenty of cover once in the woods to sheild play. It is frequanted by some locals, College guys from the University and others passing through. Bring some sort of flying insect repelant if planning on spending time in the woods.

- Warnings:Only pet peeve is that it isn't as cruisy as I would like it to be. Have had many fun encounters in back of picnic area on picnic tables or in the woods. Keep bathrooms for just that since they are small and generally only single person booths.
