- Warnings:Homosexuality is not mentioned in the Mexican Penal Code. However with the average Mexican's macho outlook there can be problems. The Police as part of their graft regime (especially at the time of Presidential Elections) can give gays a hard time. The threat of a Mexican gaol is enough to make anyone pay up! Nevertheless, Mexicans are fun loving people and you can have a wonderful time is you take care.
