Where exactly

Go through the main street heading west (Kingston way), then turn left on the intersection where bank s.a. and first national are. After that, turn right then keep following the road. Pioneer park will be on the left, you won't miss it. Cross street: Mcdonnell Street.

Cruisiest spot: In the toilets. There is a lot of bushes around or you can have fun in the train on display, at night no one will see.

Mostly at night time, sometimes in the afternoon when highschoolers are walking home from school.
