Best times: After noons are very quiet. Evenings are busy because of all the baseball games.
Dates open: Year round - Cruising Info/ Tips:Baines is a big park with lots of wooded areas and trails. Park up on the hill that overlooks the baseball fields by the bleachers or drive straight back to the woods closest to Wal-Mart and back in.
