Best times: Best times are varied. There are always nice guys around. Many train in the day, including professional sportsmen. For amateurs and guys who work regular hours, eves/weekends are good too. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Wearing red swim shorts is a signal, so are CK's with a red band. Otherwise a prolonged look will do.
Cruisiest Spots: 'Adult only' changing area in the mens changing rooms, or the showers at the end in the shower room. Sauna and steam good too. - Wheelchair Accessible:Yes
