Where exactly

Opposite the Tescos at the bottom of Carlton Hill, the toilet is just up Cavendish Road, which is the left at the crossroads outside Tescos.

When to go

It's open from 9am-6pm, but sometimes closes a bit earlier than that. Best times: This place is generally better after 4pm. It's quiet most of the time but generally dead before 4.

Etiquette

Generally, it's a case of hanging out in front of the 4 urinals and seeing what you get.

Safety

Just a bit quiet really. Just bear in mind that it is next to Carlton Police Station, so don't flash at every tom or harry lol.
