Enjoy a tan, or just find someone to blow. This place has little pockets to play in. Very mixed crowd, and lots of cruising at various times (at least when I've been there). The trees are very popular.

There are three parking areas with restrooms along 96th Street on the west side of the lake.

  • Hours:Afternoons, and evenings.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The middle and northern-most areas are the best. The middle area has several acres of woods that provide a degree of daytime privacy for action and nude sunbathing.
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes / It's not legal, but it happens.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:The cops, uniformed and undercover, wander around regularly so keep your eyes open. There have been many busts here since at least 1996. The newspaper reports of a priest, AIDS Project director, and former chancellor in the Omaha Archdiocese as among those arrested.

  • The area on the north side of the park just east of 96th on pawnee road has a bow target practice area that if you watch when they are having tournaments is a great place to nude hike I was there about two weels ago and had the area to myself.

  • The picnic area (with restrooms) at the north end of the lake on Hwy 36 is still open and has some action going on daily.
