This is a water reservoir for the city of Paris, Texas that is just on the northwest side of town. There are wooded parking areas near the shore where people go to picnic or just enjoy the day.
Neighbourhood: North Side
To get there follow Hiway 271 north of Paris toward Oklahoma. When you have gone about 2 miles north of Paris you will see a sign pointing toward the Lake Crook exit which is on the west side of the road; this is County Road 3290. Turn and follow this road for approximately another two miles and you will come to the lake.

- Hours:The best times are morning and late afternoon.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The most usual way of cruising here is for guys to sit in their cars or on the hood. You will see the usual signals that someone might be interested such as circling around, flashing the brake lights etc. There are all types that show up here from college kids to cowboys, married men and on up.
- Nudity / Policy:This is a public use area so most people either go into the woods together, stay in the cars if they feel alone, or go to one another's place.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / The public areas are for the most part primitive and unimproved. There are no sidewalks and the terrain is rough in most areas.
- Warnings:Police will cruise through the area on occassion. Other than that you must be aware of families.
