The cruisy spot is not actually the park but the traffic loop that surrounds the park. The part of the loop closest to the water is lined by a fence. Guys will lean up against the fence and wait for something good to come along.

Best time
11:00PM to 2:00 AM. After that everyone is at the Dock.
Watch out
This is an active "lovers lane" area aside from being a gay lover's lane.

Where exactly

From Rte 6 go to the end (east) and take a left, go to the end and you'll be in the loop. From Commercial St, go to the end of commercial st. and look for the loop.

When to go

11:00PM to 2:00 AM. After that everyone is at the Dock.

Etiquette

Cars go by and shine their lights. Put your away if you suddenly find yourself illuminated.

Nudity: No nudity unless you're really an exhibitionist

Safety

This is an active "lovers lane" area aside from being a gay lover's lane. Fishermen go out to the breakwater at night to fish for stripers and they can be rude and loud.

I've parked down here and seen guys cruising along the fence. P-Town cops don't come down here but the road is patrolled by NPS rangers in trucks.
