Old country estate, used now as a rec ground. It's got a lake a 5 min walk from car park. There's plenty of enclosed places so u can strip off and have some proper fun.

From Romford, head towards Rainham. Come to Roneo corner and turn right into oneway system. Turn left and follow the road. Go under rail bridge and keep following the road. The entrance is on the right hand side, two car parks the one on the left has a security camera the other doesn't.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:The right hand car park is used by straights as well, so either arrange a place to meet or go past the manor house and sit on the bench facing it and get it out and have a stroke.
Cruisiest Spots: Go in either car park, then wander off. Also the disused bmx track is good. - Nudity / Policy:Yes / Get hidden away in the big enclosed trees and get naked.
