Dates open: 365 a year - Cruising Info/ Tips:The Rangers are not around that much on Weekdays, just around 6:00pm when beach shuts down, and at 8:00pm when park closes, the only park people up there at this time are guys in green uniforms "not cops or rangers" if you see them play it cool.
