This is a great place: very inexpensive and easy to be yourself. Jacob is treating me like a King (I check out Tuesday), and is bending over backward to make sure that my stay is perfect. He's oriented me to the local scene, both gay and otherwise, and hasn't steered me wrong yet. In fact, he's the one who sent me to Hispalis (check out my posting for that place, it's a must-see).
This place is impeccably clean, inexpensive, very easy-going and safe. You won't be sorry for staying here.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:The place to stay if you want to be centrally located to all local places that offer hot Tico , and the hetero tourist sites too.
- Nudity / Policy:I ran around in the buff, but don't know if it was because the four other people staying here were cool about it. Better ask Jacob first.
Policy: Must be at least 18, and better have fun doing it. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:The only thing I'd say is that the bed is a bit lumpy, but Jacob is remodeling this month starting downstairs and I can tell that it won't be an issue in thirty days.
Something else: if you stay in downtown San Jose, don't rent a car. You won't need it (everything is within walking distance and if you don't like to walk, taxis are cheap). Insurance to rent the vehicle cost more than the car itself and parking is an expensive pain in the . Jacob tried to get me to see this in his e-mails when I was planning my vacation. I should have listened.
