Where exactly
If you catch a train, get off at Town Hall station. Walk up the stairs with the sign "The Galeries Victoria", also some signs are simply "TGV". Once inside the Galeries Victoria, take the elevators up to Fitness First, the toilets are on your right if you are facing the entrance to Fitness First. Cross street: George St and Pitt St.
Cruisiest spot: Any cubicle is a popular place.

Just sit down, leave the cubicle door unlocked. Tap your foot if someone comes in, they will usually respond, or try opening the door.
