At the end of Balfour Street towards the abandoned CUB Site there is a small street/carpark this place is full of cars by day but at night virtually empty have noticed a few guys having a in their cars over the past year.. This place is discreet and theres no real reason to go down there at night.Ideally it would be great to be able to access the CUB site from the small gate and go play there.
