Where exactly
As you are going North on Telegraph turn right (east) on to Warren. (Joy road is a mile north and you cannot get on to Outer Drive in Rouge Park. Joy goes under neath Outer Drive.) It is a little over a mile. On the corner is Outer Drive and Warren is Rouge Park to your left. On the South East corner is Rouge Park Bar (not a gay bar).
Cruisiest spot: The best spot to cruise is near the paths into the woods.
When to go
Open 24 hours a day. The best times are around noon and late evenings, but there are always people cruising day and night.
