The Warf

The warf by the river in Downtown right off Blvd of Allies is the spot. It's basically a parking area under the road and sometimes during storms, it floods. A very chilled place to relax. Usually not too packed in afternoons.

Find your way onto Blvd of Allies in Downtown. It's by the Smithfield bridge and near Point Park University.

- Hours:Afternoons when the lot is not as packed.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Walk down there. If you see a guy, make eye contact.
- Nudity / Policy:No nudity is allowed considering it's a public area. Police from time to time patrol on their bicycles. Cruise with CAUTION.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / There are stairs leading down to the Warf but I don't recall seeing any ramps.
- Warnings:Police patrol from time to time, BEWARE but enjoy.
