If you want to do anything other than look then make sure you have somewhere to go. Since the other places are heavy patrolled by the police.

Crowd
Mostly old men and workers on there lunch. But you see alot of married men.
Watch out
There is no place near by that you can park and have fun in the car.

Where exactly

GO down I-85 to Little Rock exit. Cross Wilkinson Blvd and it changes to Old Dowd and about 2 miles on left is the overlook parking lot. Cross street: Little Rock Rd & Wilkinson Blvd

Cruisiest spot: Park on the back row or at the ends of the lot.

When to go

Best time is after lunch til closing at 10pm.

Etiquette

Just park next to someone and they will pull it to let you look.

Nudity: probably not a good idea to do it here.

Safety

There is no place near by that you can park and have fun in the car. park watchers/airport staff watch the area about everyother hour
