By using CruisingGays.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Adults only

The site contains content for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and old enough to view adult content where you live, to use it.

2. What the site is

CruisingGays.com is a guide to gay venues, events, saunas and cruising areas, built largely from information shared by members and public sources. Information may be out of date or wrong; check before you go. Listing a place does not mean we recommend it or that activities there are allowed.

3. Respect the law and other people

Laws about sexual activity in public places differ between countries and cities and can carry serious penalties. You are responsible for following local laws and for your own safety and the safety of others. Never engage in any activity without the clear consent of everyone involved.

4. Your account

Keep your login details private and tell us if you think your account was misused. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

5. What you post

You keep the rights to what you post. You give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to display, store and adapt it (for example resize photos or translate text) to run and promote the site. Only post what you have the right to post.

Not allowed:

• anything involving minors, or sexual content of any person without their consent;
• personal information about other people (names, photos, phone numbers, addresses) without their permission;
• illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech or discrimination;
• offers of paid sex, drugs or other illegal goods and services;
• spam, advertising without our agreement, malware, or content copied from other sites.

We may edit or remove content and close accounts at our discretion. To report content, write to webmaster@cruisinggays.com with the page link; we review reports as quickly as we can.

6. Copyright

The site's design, texts and data compilation belong to CruisingGays.com. If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, send the page link and your claim to webmaster@cruisinggays.com and we will remove it if justified.

7. Advertising and partner links

The site shows ads and contains links to partner sites, for which we may receive a commission. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or services.

8. No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damage, loss or legal consequences that result from using the site or the information on it, or from meeting other users.

9. Changes and law

We may change these terms; continued use means you accept the new version. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts of Tel Aviv have jurisdiction, without limiting mandatory consumer rights where you live.
