On the seats immediately next to the fountain. Make eye contact, smile and talk to people. People are nice around there and many people hang around to meet other people to chat, to waste time and maybe more in some cases!
Safety
I've never seen the police but always be aware they might show up. 1. It's a very open place. 2. Police cars pass by sometimes (because it's a crowded area) 3. Don't do anything in the toilet. 4. Be careful of prostitutes.
