The best way to get there, is to take Richmond St. north till you get to Masonville mall. You'll be able to see Zellers from Richmond.
If you're coming off of Fanshawe Park Rd. then you will need to go around to the other side of the mall.
Once inside there's a bathroom just to your left off of the main entrance. It's inside the diner. It is pretty big and is not used often. So it's good for discreet hookups.
