Where exactly
Anywhere in Manama, you can get cab and tell them Sheraton Hotel. About 15 miles from airport. 5 miles from Gold Souk. Walking distance from Manama Park. The street is Palace Avenue, cross street King Fahd Highway.
When to go
Gets crowded after 5PM Sun-Thurs. Most action takes place in less crowded times, around 8AM, before 12noon, or after 8PM.Massage also available for a fee, the masseuse mostly gay Asian/feminine type.
Etiquette
As an arab country, pls be discreet. Try to get their attention by exposing body parts, if they get interested, go nude inside the steam room and sauna. Once inside these rooms, if you see them getting a hard on, you can start touching, or let them touch you,and for more privacy, you can go inside shower room where you can lock the door. Shaved is a plus for arabs, but europian tourists also go there. Massage available for a fee.
Nudity: Once inside the dressing room, nudity is common.
