Where exactly

Park is behind the Albertsons on David Ave. Drive past the Pebble Beach entrance through the narrow street, flip a u-turn by the school on your right and look for the dirt parking along the side of the road. Walk immediately to the right parallel to the street over the creek into the woody area. Cross street: Congress Ave At Forest Lodge Rd

Cruisiest spot: Over the wooden walking bridge over the creek.
