Lots of safe places, especially with construction closing off the part south of queen, skip the fence and you're safe from passersby, if up at riverdale park stairs, go north from stairs till the path veers right, stay going north, the grass ends at the river where you can go over the tracks or underneath to reach the far river bank and total privacy.
