Follow the directions to get to Casino Windsor and it's just on the other side of Riverside Dr. Right across from the fountain and the Riverside Dr. Entry to the casino.
When to go
I've had some fun there during the day but I would assume it's even better at night.

Just go in and sit in a . The far one doesn't lock shut. The entry is not visible from the sinks so it gives time for recovery.
