There are two stalls with small s and two urinals. You can hear when people approach since the gravel outside makes crunching noises.
Crowd: All types. I've seen older men, younger men, college aged and all races.

Go to the end of Texas or Arizona St. and turn left on Upas St. Immediately before the hill on the right hand side of the street is a rest room near picnic tables.
Cross street: Upas St.

  • Hours:Balboa Park authorities usually open the doors at 6AM and close at sunset.
    Best times: Early morning and early evening.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Stand at the urinals and watch. After getting someone use the stalls or go into the nearby park behind the baseball fields.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:It's a little dirty but cleaner than most of the park facilities.
    Warnings: Weekends tend to bring out the families with kids so be discreet.
