Where exactly
At North Sacramento and Division. cruiser Adds: Walk down the stairs to the left the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort. Turn Right and go past Guess & Eddie Bauer, through the archway and follow the signs to the public washrooms. Pan Pacific Parking lot on your left, stores on your right. Go through the grey doors at the end of the walkway, down the stairs and turn right. Follow the hallway. Easier than going through the Holiday Inn Lobby.
When to go
cruiser adds: The best places are over by the garden and the smaller lagoon late nite ( 9pm--?) or really early( 5-730 am) Warm summer evenings.

ive been here recently...esp during the pr fest. well...at night after it was closed. i always meet a lot of hot latino guys there...sometimes a few black guys too. ive never seen any police or dealt with any kinds of drama. its a great place but like anywhere you just need to be aware of your surroundings and if it doesnt feel right then dont go for it.

Not much action anymore heavily patrolled by police. Mostly hustlers when there is action

I don't want to be an alarmist, but I live a little east of the park and would advise extreme caution wandering Humboldt Park at night and would certainty keep away from the west side of the park.

Hey guys now is not a good time to cruise this place the preparations for the Puerto Rican festival are going on, there are a lot of booths(vendors) this is a family so there will be way too many young people aka K I D S and a multitude of people including the police. This is a week long festival so it is not the best time to cruise this place. Try next week

Nasty place, lots of drugged out / homeless people. Too many gang bangers around for me to get comfortable.

Anyone going to be in the park. I was thinking of going around 1030pm but don't know if anyone started to go yet.
