Lots of guys in their early 20's change clothes in the stalls after getting wet on the water rides. There are holes in the stalls to watch each other undress and do whatever, and it makes young guys curious and willing to try. It's fun! Most of the employees at Busch Gardens are gay or gay-friendly so unless there is a complaint, the staff ussually looks the other way. On several occasions I had boys wanting to give head, so it was all good.
