1st floor men's bathroom. Has alot of stall and is very large. Also you have to walk downstairs to get in so you can hear footsteps long in advance. Great spot for fun. Very easy to get to and is often secluded. Anyone can go including students and general public. he building serves as a central building for students and also a tourist attraction of sorts. So no one will look twice because your not a student.

Enter the University of Tampa off of kennedy blvd. Walk into the main entrace of plant hall. You will be in the lobby. Go towards the grand staircase and look left. There will be a men's room with steps leading down. Inside will be a long hallway and plently of stalls.
  • Hours:Anytime during the day but best after dark. Classes are over at 9 pm and security doesnt come through to lock the building until 12. Building is almost completely empty during those hours.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Most of the time guys that are looking will go to the very last stall and wait. Just tap your foot, stick a finger under, or better yet show your cock.
  • Nudity / Sexual Policy:Nothing illegal...wink wink.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes, there is a lift for the stairs.
  • Warnings:Only concern is listening for footsteps. However, during the night it is a very secluded spot that almost no one (other than cruisers) go into.

  • Here is the skinny. I found parking in less than a minute across the street from the entrance. Take the road at the light and there is lots of business parking for 2 to 3 hours.

    The mensroom setup is good and bad. The stalls are big with high partitions and totally obstructed view. Someone would have to bend down and look under to see anything going on. However, there is no door or they keep it open. Hearing someone come down the stairs is not an option. The air conditioner unit makes too much noise to hear anything but the loudest people like a group of guys talking.

    It was a little busy from 11:30 to 12:15 that I stayed. It was also the time for the janitor to clean the place though he was in and out. There were lots of hot college guys hanging around the lobby or passing through. I counted about a half dozen hotties come down to use the urinal. But they were not cruizing and no one showed up to play. I am thinking of trying the evening hours to see if it is better.

    This is probably a good place to set up a meeting with another guy here on cruise but probably very hit or miss to just show up. If anyone else manages to catch the other cleaning times, post it so everyone can avoid that timeframe.
