Wait for cars or trucks to stop best to go inside, can get busy if others are around, or people a bbq's nearby. End cubicle best or disabled toilets. Other guys waiting to watch. If someone's busy leave them be!! Council ranger can come past, usually to lock up after dusk though, much later in Summer.
