Where exactly

From south road head straight down beach road, and you can't miss it. It's the toilets in the Harris Scarfe end on the mall, just next to the escalators.

When to go

6 am to about 6pm later on Thursdays. Best times: Between 4pm and 6pm. Warnings:There's no camera outside these ones, but be careful anyway...sometimes theres a security guy, but he does rounds if you go in after he moves on, he won't know any different.
