Where exactly
This spot is located in the mall next to the main entrance, on the top level. Located very close to the escalaters that go up. Cross street: San Padero and Manual
Cruisiest spot: Around the urinals.
Etiquette
This spot has a large at the end and the great thing about it is that the walls go all the way down to the floor so I think it is more privet. Remeber though, it is across the security station, so be a little discreet.
