Where exactly
Take Montano Rd west past 4th St NW, and about 1/4 mile after crossing 4th st, take a right onto Tierra Viva Pl NW. There is a parking area on the left - park and walk the trails. Being shirtless (wear suncreeen :-) is a good way to let someone know you are cruisiing.
When to go
All day, really, but the general traffic decreases after 11, and the cruising traffic increases.
