biblioteca (library), look for the washrooms, in the stalls there are plenty of contact information, numbers and time to hook up. Easy to find hot students, alumni or even professors.

The stalls are full closets, so in theory you can take any guys inside and fool around, but more likely you will get a number and meet elsewhere. no security what so ever.
