Allegheny Portage Railroad National Historic Site
This is a quiet and laid back location. Not a lot of family traffic. I have yet to see any children,which is good. Mostly walkers and hikers travel thru the park.

Where exactly
Traveling on route 22 in either direction, east or west, just west of Altoona take exit for Gallitzin. There is a sign directing you to take a left to the park. Just follow the road to the end. Cross street: Just off Route 22
Cruisiest spot: Easiest pick-ups are to meet in large parking lot and then follow into the woods using one of several trails.
When to go
Park is open from dusk to dawn. Best times: Best times are usually from noon to early evening, except in winter the park is too cold. Dates open: Year round

Etiquette
Guys sometimes use the main bathroom to make contact, but then take a walk into the woods for a safe hook-up.
Nudity: After you enter the woods and leave a traveled path, I would imagine you could walk naked at will.
Safety
None of the workers seem to bother aslong as nobody makes any obvious public hook-ups and are discreet.
