Where exactly

From Anacortes area & Hwy 20, head South across Deception Pass Bridge and go about a mile and turn right into the State park. To get to North Beach, follow road signs. For camping follow signs to campgrounds. Cross street: Hwy 20 South of Deception Pass Bridge

Closes at dusk Best times: Weekends and evenings all year round in the campground. Dates open: all year

Just park the car and head on in either location and mark date & time you were there to hook up.
