Where exactly

Located on Hwy 29, between Hartwell, GA and Anderson. Couple of places to check: one is the park; just ride and look, you will know. The second one is on the other side of the river at the damn. Camping area here; area around restrooms is good.

Cruisiest spot: Restroom, beach areas.
