Where exactly

Take A28 out of Ashford to Canterbury (or vice-versa), head to Wye as signposted, then go to the centre of the village. Set back behind bushes by the co-op store.

Etiquette

Go into cublicle and listen for people coming in - coughs or no noise usually means they are up for action. My best times have been from leaving the cubicle door slightly open and letting guys look in if they are interested.

Safety

Can be quiet. It does not stay open late. Attendent in the evenings - but during the day it's fine.
