Where exactly
If coming from Hwy 82, turn at Two Rivers Rd. Then Turn at Elk Run and follow the road all the way to the end, you will be in Arbaney Park. The bathroom is located next to the pool.
When to go
Early Morning before 7 is a great time. After 9 pm is also a good time to go.
