Heading south on Capital of Texas Highway, turn right onto Spicewood Springs Road, then take the very first right. It will take you under the bridge and up to some bathrooms. Park there and enjoy!

Watch out for undercover cops! I saw what I am sure was a plainclothes cop while I was there, but I went the other way and had some very good times!
