Cruising goes all day and night around washroom and within Park. Had some bi soccer player action, and once a soccer jock got out of his car with it running and signaled me in for a quicky while he had a female passenger in his car waiting. He me off real good.

I-95 to Baltimore City Boston Street Exit - pass Merrit Athletic Club on left - make left in the DPW Lot on left after Clinton and Highland Streets. Washroom is beside boat ramp and between lot and Korean War Memorial Park. Cross street: Ellwood Avenue

Cruisiest spot: Usually sit on benches in front of water promenade waiting for cute guy or possible washroom companion.

All day - all night. Best times: Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings.

Crotch grabbing.

Safety

Stalls only in washroom. No issues. Usually happy go-lucky types, and sometimes you may be invited back to a nearby Canton neighborhood condo or townhouse for an extended "Top & Bottom".

Went there yesterday.... doors locked. are you sure it is the washroom between parking lot and the walk to memorial? nice people roaming around, very bi-look. tell me best times to hook up with people on the boat, condo and other people. should i go up to a stranger and ask about it?
