Where exactly

Top of Mt Panorama, turn into the Park area on the right, it's towards the end of the dirt road.

When to go

Early morning until Dusk. Security lock up at Dusk. Most of the time it's pretty quiet. A lot of families go there, however most of the day it's empty for your desires.

Etiquette

Pre-Arrange or Park and Wait. Nice view outside for a walk around.

Nudity: It's a public bathroom, with minimal traffic.

Safety

Beware of families... very little chance of security though.
